This picture is one of our latest Champions, AKC Registered Name:  CH Castlewood’s Miss Champagne and Roses, known better as Rosie.  Rosie is shown in this picture during the Standard Schnauzer Club of Northern California’s sponsored 2017 Standard Schnauzer Specialty at the Pleasanton, CA Fairgrounds on October 21, 2017.  During this Standard Schnauzer Specialty, Rosie competed against 17 Class Dogs and Bitches and won the Best of Winners Award presenting her with the highest available 5-Point Major.

 

The next day, October 22, 2017, Rosie defeated 9 Class Bitches and again won a 5-Point Major, thus winning two back-to-back 5-Point Majors.  On this second dog show day, Rosie became a Champion exceeding the 15 points needed to become a Champion with 3 additional points or 18 total points.
